National Digital Literacy programme (NDLP) for Sec 1 to 3 students
The National Digital Literacy Programme (NDLP) was launched at the end of 2020 for schools to help students strengthen their digital literacy. Secondary school students will own a school-prescribed Personal Learning Device (PLD) in this programme. Students purchase these PLDs at subsidized rates by MOE. This letter provides important information about how you can purchase the PLD for your child/ward as well as the administrative instructions for the use of Edusave grant and the collection of PLD.
