Big Day Out
A Big Day Out for Outramians!
The annual Big Day Out held on 29 March 2018 saw all Secondary One to Five classes heading out to a location of their choice to bond as a class and with their teachers. The various cohorts headed to assigned zones in Singapore, where they 'learned' in a classroom of a different kind. This year, there was a focus on building meaningful relationships as Outramians planned activities aimed at enhancing peer relationships as well as teacher-student relationships. Many classes took the opportunity to organise outdoor team bonding activities and games which the students and teachers participated in. In addition, three Secondary Three classes also leveraged on the opportunity to contribute to the community and carried out their Values-In-Action projects with organisations like Willing Hearts and Food Bank. Outramians relish this annual event which allows both teachers and students to interact and bond in a refreshing setting and where meaningful relationships are forged.
